TEAM INTRODUCTIONPresenting our media trio, Meral, Zahra, and Noor, who, in their right mind, chose media as a subject, not knowing how long and stressful it would've been and would need each other every step of the way. I had already started thinking of ideas and initially planned to do this project with Zahra, but later on, when I found Noor was available to be teamed up with, we pitched to her that we would work together. We all have similar interests as we love music, reading, and obsessively telling each other about the shows we are watching, which will be an advantage to rant in our group chat and hopefully get inspired from our conversations to work on our media portfolios.
Zahra is the one to rely on when you start having an existential crisis. Along with great advice, she works well under pressure with her constant improvisation. She is the designated location scout and agent to deal with all the legal jargon of the shoot, thus acquiring all the necessary permissions to make the shoot happen. Since we had already decided on our idea when Noor joined us, she contributed through her constant support and suggestions to improve our project even further. With our complete trust in her abilities, she was in charge of an entire shooting day when Zahra and I could not make it. Her we will get the shot attitude ensured that we got everything we needed for our project, stopping at nothing. Finally, we have me, the unhinged maniac, who texts the group to schedule meetings and then brain-dumps all her ideas for the team to discuss. I am the designated videographer/editor for the project, with a particular appreciation for visuals and cinematography, ensuring that our project is on track with aesthetics, and the undesignated team inspector, keeping everyone in check to complete their work according to my notion checklists. |
